In the caves of Turkey, large, beautiful marble slabs are mined every day. Large enough for a kitchen worktop, the floor in a chic hotel lobby or for custom-made tiles. Colours vary depending on where you quarry the marble. The whiter, the more difficult and costly. There is always something left over from these large batches, pieces that break off or the waste from being sawn to size. We use this waste for our marble mosaic! These small leftover pieces are sawn even smaller into the right shapes. Colours are combined and glued to a mat to create a mosaic. This sustainable residual product is given a second life and makes for a real eye-catcher in every home that will last a lifetime! The tiles give a chic and stylish look and feel and fit into any space, both indoors and outdoors.

Marble, durable and full of life

Our marble mosaic is glued on mats. All individual pebbles are sawn from leftover pieces of marble, sorted by colour and then glued through a mould. The method of colour sorting gives a beautiful, lively look to the product, and makes a room come to life. The colour will always slightly vary per delivery because marble is not fixed in colour. Please note that marble is a natural product and is therefore sensitive to acids, bleach and other corrosive agents. You should therefore only install the floor with acid-free products. Cleaning should also be done with an acid-free product such as Azule TileSoap or sustainable natural soap.

Different shapes and colours possible with Mosaic

The Mosaic tiles have a standard size of about 30x30 cm and are easy to place. On the mats, the individual tiles consist of different shapes and these in turn consist of different laying patterns. Shapes such as rectangular, square, hexagon, chevron and triangle. The small tiles are available in herringbone, stone, braided and many more. They can be placed in any space, both indoors and outdoors. The colours are pure nature and can vary from the well-known marble colours such as white, cream, light grey, dark grey and black. Depending on the moment, we also offer colourful variants such as red, green and a mustard colour. The colours are beautifully blended on a mat.
