Placing your order or quote

You can place a quote or order in one of our stores or on our website. In our stores we can usually tell you immediately whether products are in stock and/or what the delivery time is. And of course we can immediately answer frequently asked questions or help you calculate the required products. If you choose to request a quote via our website, we recommend that you first create an account, this will save time later and your details will then be in our system immediately.
As soon as you place an order, we ask you for a deposit. This is usually 30% of the order value. As soon as we have received the deposit, the tiles are actually reserved for you. If you take the tiles with you immediately, you pay the full invoice amount.

Delivery or pick up

Of course we can deliver your order. There are additional costs involved that the sales employee can calculate for you. The shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of your order. We deliver every working day throughout the Netherlands and beyond. We also give you the option to pick up the order at our branch in Utrecht. We charge a small fee for this. The sales employee can tell you all about this.
If you want to pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Breda, an appointment will be made with you in advance with the date on which you can do that. Orders that are ready must be picked up within 14 days.

Ordering samples

You can order a sample of many of our tiles. You can easily do this via the website and then see immediately whether the sample in question is in stock. Since we like to inform you well about ordering a sample, we have created a special page for this.

Delivery times

We usually have a large part of our collection in stock. There is also a constant supply of products that will arrive in our warehouse in the foreseeable future.
Delivery times also depend on the availability of raw materials and containers in the country of origin. Many of our tiles are also handmade and come from small artisanal factories abroad. We do our best to meet the stated delivery times, but it may happen that delays have occurred due to various factors and that we are therefore forced to deliver a little later. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Treatment products

We will compile your quote as completely as possible based on the products you want and the space in which they need to be processed. This means that we will provide the quote with tile adhesive, grout and all products needed to process the tiles. Especially with cement tiles, it is important to use the right impregnation products. Of course, you are not obliged to do anything and we will adjust your quote if you wish!

Pay

You can pay with us via PIN, payment link or cash. If you choose delivery, the payment must be made 48 hours before the agreed date. In our stores you can pay with PIN. Online you will receive a payment link from us, both for the down payment and the remainder. Via this link you can easily pay for your order and it is immediately registered in our system. This speeds up the delivery of your order and also prevents any errors. Please do not simply transfer anything via bank yourself.

Check upon receipt

You can pay with us via PIN, payment link or cash. You must check the purchased products yourself for breakage, color fastness or damage before transporting them. Damaged products can then be exchanged immediately and free of charge. Also check whether the goods on the packing slip correspond with what you have received. You are responsible for this yourself. Tiles that you have received via an external carrier must be checked for correctness and damage immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage or inaccuracy, you must inform us in writing (by email) within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

When returning, you must always first fill in the return form and send it to us. If you meet the conditions, you will receive a credit note or your money back from us, depending on the product. Tiles may be returned in a closed box within 14 days after the invoice date. Products that are specially made to size or color cannot be returned. As soon as products have been processed in the project, complaints about any color differences will lapse. Read more about our return policy .
