For many tiles you can use the same tile adhesive and grout. Our experts will be happy to advise you on which products are best for your tiles.

Which tiles are most suitable for a bathroom?

Many tiles are suitable for the bathroom. Ceramic tiles are a popular choice, but natural stone and Moroccan tiles can also be used in a bathroom. However, it is important to check whether the tiles are suitable for wet areas, such as the shower. Get good information about this to prevent problems.

What is the difference between glazed and unglazed tiles?

Glazed tiles have a protective layer that makes them waterproof and provides colour variation in the tiles. Please note: tiles with crackle, such as some Spanish tiles, are glazed but not yet completely waterproof due to the fine hairline cracks in the glaze. These tiles must therefore be treated extra to make them water and dirt repellent. Unglazed tiles are often more robust and have a natural look, but must also be properly impregnated. Yes, marble mosaic tiles are definitely suitable for a bathroom. Because our mosaic is made of natural stone, it is important to be careful with acids or corrosive products. For that reason, you can choose to impregnate the floor with an Azule Stain Stop and only clean the floor with the Acid-Free Descaler.
