A look inside Bart and Marloes' home
Welcome to Zwolle, to this stunning 1930s home. Bram and Marloes have actually spent 2 years renovating and furnishing the house to their taste. What an undertaking, but what a result! Everything has been taken care of and styled down to the last detail, and the house exudes love and passion for the 1930s. I personally am in love with this style, the granite floors, stained glass ensuite doors and black bakelite switches. The tiles complete it!

1920s and Design Tiles
Marloes and Bram told us that they are fans of Design Tiles, and you can see that. In every room you can find a tile of ours. Because we work with both old patterns and new patterns, there is always a pattern that fits in these characteristic houses. You can also choose the colors yourself, make it colorful or keep it in style. We also have different types of tiles such as Marble Mosaic and Metro tiles that you also often find in older houses.
New look or old look?
When you start such a renovation, it is always a difficult decision which original elements to leave, functional or not. This bathroom has the look of the old house with original points but is certainly modernized, but in a good way. The toilet is built-in, there is heating to the ceiling. A beautiful retro sink is installed. The mosaic tile on the floor is THE classic honeycomb tile for this style, in combination with the subway or Metro tile it is a beautiful look.
