Acid-free descaler (formerly Azule Cement Stain Remover)
Acid-Free Descaler is a cleaner specially developed for removing limescale and grout residues on lime-bound tiles such as cement tiles. This descaler is a lime binder and does not affect the surface of sensitive tiles. Its lime-binding properties collect excess deposits on tiles after which it can be easily rinsed off.
Good to know
Acid-free Descaler is used after grouting to safely remove excess grout and glue residue from cement tiles. We recommend using our Acid-Free Descaler also just after grouting but before grouting to remove any glue residue and limescale so that it does not have a chance to soak into the tiles. It is also suitable to use diluted as a replacement for an acidic product such as Antikal, and use it to clean the shower area (floor, wall, taps and glass) of limescale without affecting the tiles.
How to use Acid-Free Descaler
Dilute Acid-Free Descaler with water according to the indicated dosage and apply to the surface with a sponge. Leave for a few minutes and then scrub the tiles thoroughly. You can repeat this process if necessary. Then let the tiles dry for 12 hours.
Dosage:
Depending on the contamination, dilute the Acid Free Descaler with clean tap water in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:2.

Colours and screens
The colours on our website may differ from reality. This varies depending on your screen and settings. We therefore recommend viewing the tiles in one of our showrooms or ordering a sample first. This way, you can be sure that the colour and appearance match your wishes.
Allow for cutting waste
Always order at least 10% extra tiles. Tiles from different production batches may show slight differences in colour, size or texture. By ordering sufficient cutting waste, you avoid having to reorder from a different production batch later.
Custom orders and returns
Products that are produced specifically for you to a custom size, colour or specification cannot be returned. We therefore recommend reading our returns policy in advance or contacting us. We are happy to explain which products this applies to and why.
Stock and delivery time
Is a product listed as out of stock on the website? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We receive new deliveries almost daily, which are not always immediately visible in our stock system. In many cases, we can help you faster than you might expect.
Payment
For orders from €100, we ask for a 30% deposit. This confirms your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is ready for collection or shipment, we will ask you to pay the remaining 70%. Payment is easy via iDEAL, card or bank transfer. Orders are released once payment has been received in full.

A beautiful tile deserves the right installation. Since 2006, we have been intensively testing our adhesives, grouts and impregnation products in practice. That is why we only work with products we know perform optimally. We deliberately do not offer dozens of brands, only the best solutions. Trust our advice. With an exclusive tile, you do not want to risk using a less suitable product.
